The model OTP-RLDIP - IWB Holster is a combination of a Double Small of the Back Holster which is also worn as an Inside the Pants Holster. The holster sheath is Pressure molded under 20 Tons and then Hand Boned.

These awesome IWB Holsters have a "STOP" inserted to make sure the gun fits in the holster perfectly as it was the day it was made. This IWB Double Pistol Small of the Back Holster comes standard unlined although leather or suede lining is available when ordering your holster.  These Holsters come with the added safety of a Thumbreak.
