For undamaged products or goods with no detectable flaws, there will be a 15% restocking charge and no shipping costs will be refunded. Other merchandise must be returned within 10 days of ship date with reference to an assigned return authorization number. Your satisfaction is important to us. Layaway accounts must be established by Telephone contact. You will then need to call the OldTradingPost Helpdesk at 1-888-653-8723 to obtain final approval for your Layaway and make your payment.
The initial payment on your Layaway is 50%, or more, of the Product purchase price, less shipping.
This is required to secure an item in Layaway.
Subsequent Layaway payments must be a minimum of $20.00 USD or the remaining balance, whichever is less.
All payments on layaway items are non-refundable. No Exceptions!
The time allowed for a layaway item will be 90 days from the original layaway purchase date. All payments, plus shipping, must be received on, or before, the 90th day of the layaway, or you will lose all payments made towards that item(s).
You cannot change the item ordered, the size, and/or the color of the item(s) after the layaway is established.
Any specials or discounts available at the time of the initial payment will be applied; however, subsequent specials or discounts that occur during the layaway period are not applicable.
