The adjustable genuine leather rifle scabbard fits barrel lengths up to 40-inches. Ideal for rifles with scopes. The muzzle boot moves up and down, as desired for the length of gun being carried. The adjusting slide is secured by two phillips-head heavy duty screws. The scabbard is stationed forward of the saddle, to greatly reduce the impact of the weight. Lined with pure sheepskin for horse comfort.
